How to add tooltip for CStatic control

I would like to know how to add tooltip to a CStatic control.  I can make the tooltip work for other controls, but not CStatic.  Thanks for your help.

you Need to have the SS_NOTIFY flag ON for your static window..You may  enable Notifications for the CStatic to make the Tooltip work. In the resource editor set the Notify check box and assign a unique id for the static control other than IDC_STATIC..
