How do I automate the process of deleting items out of sent items, deleted items and spam folders in Outlook, and or is it possible to create a GPO in exchange active directory to do this?  I am looking for a low cost solution, because the client does not want to spend resources to make this happen, and this is needed A.S.A.P.
