Hello,

I cannot access ftp.handling.com/usr/ftp

It used to work fine, then all of a sudden it stopped.

It does work if I am at the office on the network, but not when away.

You can use the following to test:

username: ftplogin
password: test

Thanks

I can access the main folder at your web site using the information you provided, and can see two folders there, pub and usr. I can get into the pub folder and see one file there, but if I try "usr" I get "Access denied". I would guess that user "ftplogin" does not have permission to the "usr" folder.
