One of my departments is currently tracking all e-mails sent to a particular distribution list to track frequently asked questions for the organization. &nbsp;They are looking for a better way to track the questions and response times. &nbsp;Is there something I can use to do this within Exchange? &nbsp;Public folders, etc? &nbsp;Or any 3rd party tools?<br />
