cannot access owa with one user exchange 2003

I have just set up a new exchange server 2003 on windows server 2003, i have internal and external users which access outlook 2003 and owa. Everything seems to work fine except for one user who cannot login to owa from outside the org. everybody else can, any advice on where to check or what the problem could be. Thanks

i had to add in extra domains for the exchange server to accept the email addresses that were having problems
