Cannot Delete Items using Outlook Web Access

Hi

We are using a exchange 2003 server and some clients based externally use outlook web access. When deleting items from their mailbox the clients recieves the following error

Some items could no be deleted.  They were either moved or already deleted, or access was denied

You cannot recover or permanently delete soft-deleted items from Outlook Web Access (OWA)
