ms sql marge two column

Sir I am using following select statment:

select Naration=b.Naration +' Job # : '+ b.File_job from xyz

It is running me return when the both column (naration & File_job) have containts, if the naration have containts and file_job is null then it is showing null. Please help.

select Naration=b.Naration +' Job # : '+ coalesce(b.File_job, '?') from xyz
