Hi,

You can n't registred a domain, you can just host that server on your dedicated server. If you want to register domain then go to perticular registrar to domain registration.

If you want to transfer domain then you just first host domain to your server then go to domain control panel of the particular domain and changed the A record to your server . So that domain point to your server.
