Need help installing Thawte SSL certificate

Our self-made SSL cert would not work with wireless activesync on a Verizon Wireless XV6700 which has Windows Mobile™ 5.0, so I purchased a SSL 123 Certificate from Thawte and I am having trouble converting the code to a cert.

I pasted the code I got back from Thawte into a plain text file and named it certreq.txt.  When I go into the Certification Authority Console and choose 'submit new request' I get an error back when I try and import the text file.  The error says "The data in invalid. 0x8007000d (WIN32: 13) C:\certreq.txt"

Am I supposed to be doing it a different way?

I get this error when I try to install it through IIS:  "The pending certificate request for this response file was not found. This request may be cancelled. You cannot install the selected response certificate using this Wizard."

Certreq.txt is the request for the certificate.
Create a new file called cert.cer and see if it will import then.

Simon.

Thanks... It was a combination of that and I needed to leave the request pending.
