REal-world interfacing the USB port with the pc

I would like to create a MFC program to find the address of a USB port. I want to send logic signals to the USB port and read logic signals from the USB port, I also want to know the pin diagram of a USB port, if possible. Thanks

This is not task for MFC. USB ports can be accessed on kernel level, you need to write driver for this.
Work with USB port doesn't look like with COM or parallel port. USB device driver is written for specific device connected to USB port. User-mode program can talk with kernel-mode driver and not with USB port directly.

Additional information about USB:

http://www.lvr.com/usb.htm (mostrly for hardware and firmware developers)

http://www.osronline.com/  (for Windows drivers developers)

http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/wdf/KMDF_pkg.mspx
Microsoft DDK and KMDF, contains number of USB sample device drivers.
