Greetings, JRogerPanton !

Check if the Demon ISP has POP3 access. If so, you can download emails from Demon to Outlook Express (OE) via POP3 access.

If no POP3 access, then you will have to forward emails one by one to an email account that has POP3 access.  Then download to OE.

Best wishes!

Unless there is a way to change your Turnpike messages to PST for EML format, you will not be able to move emails from Turnpike to Outlook Express.
