Autocad 2002 installation problem: "Error 1335"
Hi, experts!
I am expericing installing Autocad 2002 with Win XP SP2. While installing, I got the following error message:
" Error 1335. The cabinet file 'acad1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and can't be used. This could indicate a network error, an errror reading from the CD-Rom, or a problem with this package." I had no problem installing the CD with Win XP sp1 or earlier.
Thanks!

Copy the file 'acad1.cab' from the CD onto the hard drive, using Windows Explorer. Does it successfully copy the file?

Thank you so much for your kind, prompt response. Yes, I copied all the files from the CD into my hard drive and tried to install it. But I got the same error message. The CD is copy of an orginal authentic CD which I purchased. I will try again with the orginal CD.
Thanks!
Thanks!
