I don't have exchange, and not planning on using it for now but what i need is:

Right now I have all contacts on the reception station.  I use some 3rd party software to share it between office users.

I created an OU in my DC called Contacts.  I want import all her contacts into the OU contacts I created in my DC. This is for my ldap use. There are a lot of contacts and they're organised/categorised.

Is there a tool or script i can use.

I need to be able to add to contact:

Names
email
phone numbers/fax
address
company

The only way I know of is to:

1) Export your contacts from Outlook(?) into a csv file (This can be done from File>Import and Export>Export to File option in outlook)
2) Use CSVDE.exe to do the import into AD (I beleive it's part of Windows Server, Instruction in the following Link)
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/327620

You can modify the CSV file to include only the colums that you want (Names, E-mail, Phone, Address, Company) and use the CSVDE to import them as contacts into the OU you have created.  I'm not sure if you've been down this road yet but it might be worth a try.

Good luck
