soundcart and drivers problem

Hi,
I am trying to instaall Fieon 4 channel PCI Sound Card on TYAN S2877 Tiger K8WE motherboard with SBS server 2003 64bit OS. In my device manager under other devices, there is two yellow '?' marks:
-Other PCI bridge devices
-Unknown device.

The sound card comes with the driver CD that i tried to install, but I got:
"Cannot install this Hardware"
The Hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software.
If a driver was provdied make sure it is designed to work with Windows for 32 bit systems. If you d not have an appropriate driver, contact the device manufacturer.

Why is it asking for 32bit dirver if we are running 64bit OS? In the general features listed for the sound card there is said:
full duplex 64-bit PCI bus master.
I tryed to search for the driver on the web and I found one, but at the install, the same uninstall message as described above comes up.
Any ideas on how to solve or what is going on?
Thank You,
Margots

SBS 2003 and SBS 2003 R2 are both 32-bit os's, the only versions of 2003 that are 64-bit are standard and enterprise. Try installing the 32 bit driver, if one isnt created specifically for server 2003 most xp drivers will work with 2003.

Thanks jamietoner for response,
I just got another sound card "Sound Blaster Audigy" and it works. Regarding previous sound card, I was not able to install drivers. first of all, i wasn't sure which driver from the CD and than when i found one, it took for ever, never finishing installation.
Thanks again,
Margots
