Hi

Quick question:

Would it be possible to have the firebird database create and save a textfile somewhere as part of a trigger?

.......if so, how?

Thanks

yes, you will need to write/install your own udf, or find one in a free library and call it from the trigger

depending upon your needs an external table could also work
