Before I ask my question, I am already aware of how to delegate password reset capabilities...

I was wondering there is a software product that uses Active Directory and let's users reset their own passwords.  For example, most commercial sites I use have some sort of challenge question(s) and I am e-mailed a temporary password.  Does anything like this exist?

Thanks
