Hello,

we get this error daily at around 07:30AM, no schedules saved.

we think its due to a domain name change.

Failed to decrypt symmetric key. Most likely cause is the serivce username has changed.

Has the username used to start the service changed?  RS uses an encrypted key to store login details, and it's very likely that this information is now incorrect due to the changes made on the domain.

You'll need to use the rskeymgmt utility to sort this out.
