Two windows application question

Hello:
I have a windows application and I got two problem, because I want to draw a box on my screen:
1. I want to set all the forms include my form that are maxmized in my system to minmized.
2. I want to catch the mouse event out of my forms, I want catch the mouse event in my system.
what should I do, please help me !

Use a global hook:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318804

Instead of WH_MOUSE, use WH_MOUSE_LL...

thanks I have tried that  but it could work on my own form, when I click my mouse out of my form it couldn't work. What should I do?
