Hi,

what is the best way to display the menu. I have an application which has many options that user can choose.

do u think storing the menu in the db is a good idea? what is yr suggestion?

Only if you want to have dynamic menu and be able to increase the users options without having to compile new version of your app.

for info... my application... require to control the menu access... meaning that... different group of users will have access to different menu and programs

what is the better approach to handle this?

The best way to handle this is to use db. Best way to maintain user-rights.
Using a user-access table or group-access table to mapp user/group to a menu-object(s).
