Using exchange to schedule conference room availablility

I would like to use Exchange to monitor conference room availablility. What is the best way to do this? Create users with the names of the conference rooms?

What you are referring to is resource mailboxes.

Microsoft also have an auto accept agent which can help with managing resources.

However, take heed of using certain features in Outlook with the auto accept agent as outlined in this KB article.
