DNS Error 4000 + 4013 and DHCP error
Hopefully all these errors are related to each other:
DNS ERROR:
for the last 4 days have been recieving errors 4000 and 4013 ive looked at

but has made no difference
users for example cant access \\mycomputername\ but can access it via \\192.168.....
DHCP Error
running DHCP on the same box, open up dhcp says "Not authorised" right click to authorise but instead says "Unauthorise"
have a scope setup machines arent getting address,
dhcp service is running (have tried restarting it with no affect)
please advise on what i should do

i think i would be leaning with glenn though...check that IP! make sure its not set to grab DHCP

The Error turned out to be a AD replication error, the secondary controller did not sync with the primary controller so the solution was to edit the values in reg edit to false replication.

check this. have you double checked IP addresses in DHCP....
