hi,  I am building a website in flash 8. I have made a button but when I test movie it wont let me click on the text, just around the button. Please help asap. I'm in a hrry to get this site done. Thanks

Check the hit area of the button that you made, make sure that the hit area is comprised of a simple shape that covers tha entire button.

Yep, thats just what I did and it still wont work. I've been working on it for the last 6 hours and cant get it right. I could send you a copy of the FLA.

I think it would be best if you post a copy of the fla file and make it available for all the experts here to see it (it's against policies to just send the file to 1 person via e-mail instead of letting everyone have a crack at it).

Thanks but dont worry. I figured it out. I had the text that I was trying to click on in dynamic text insted og static text.
