How to Upload Image Cisco 3825

I have a new image that I need to upload to my router. I have done it before in Rommon mode but I am not sure how to get into that mode. Please help.

I would not do it in romon but if you really want to when the device is booting up hit ctrl + break and it will drop you to romon

copy tftp flash works much better and faster though...

this is for a 7200 but same steps.
