How do I stop the POP3 Connection Manager on SBS 2003 from deleting mail from the POP3 server when retrieving... This is causing a problem for my users when they are on the road and accessing mail via their Web-based login.

If the solution requires a 3rd-party alternative to the POP3 Connection Manager, please provide a link.

Thank you!

The native connector cannot do that.
You will need to go third party. The only one I am aware of that will leave items on the server is the one from MapiLab:

Although all POP3 connectors are pretty poor deployment. If you have a permanent internet connection then you should use SMTP delivery and have users collect from OWA.
