Make Webpage Not "Saveable"

Experts,

After loading a website on a server and viewing the webpage, I noticed that Internet Users can save the webpage to their desktop and view the code.  How do I not allow the Internet Users from doing this?

I have tried to change the permissions (CHMOD) to read, but that didn't work.  Kindly advise.  Thanks.

Once your website is published, it's free game.  There's no way to prevent the browser from saving a web page.  You can put code in to disable the right-click, which is a deterrent for some (unless you use the menus).

Just put a copyright notice on your page to discourage honest thieves from stealing your work.

With that said, there are tools to "encrypt" your webpage, etc. as a further deterrent.  Here are a couple of links:
