Failed to find Watson installation file

I tried to install MS CRM 3.0 from iso files but got this error:

Failed to find Watson installation filw DW\watsonintl.msi.

Please help..I am running Win Server 2003 with SP1.

Reinstall the service pack

i managed to install without doing anything with the dr Watson but to extract the folders..thanks anyway. I shall close the topic.
