How to save multiple calendar view in Outlook 2003

We have all Outlook 2003 configured for Exchange 2003 and we can view each others calendar in the calendar view but each time we leave Outlook 2003 the selections we made are not saved : i mean if i select different calendars of the list, then i shut down outlook, the next time i will have to make my selection again and it's really annoying because of the amount of calendars to select.
Is there any way to remember my selected calendars view because each time the only one displayed by default is mine ?
If not possible does an addin exists for solving this problem ?
Thanks in advance.

In the calendar, there will be a label "My Calendars"
Under which there will be all the calendars which u r viewing with a checkbox against each calendar
select the checkbox against those calendar and then clost outlook and open it again
and check if it works or not

I feared it was not possible but, as i mentionned, is anyone knows an addin or plugin that allows to do this ? maybe a macro could do it for me ?
