Swapping Linksys devices - This is an UK issue

I ahve a broadband modem/router gateway type AG241. This is connected by cable to a bunch of PCs and laptops and a wireless base station.

I want to go to Vonage Internet phone and they supply a Linksys RT31P2. Will these work together? Replace one-another? In a word, what should I do to keep my existing network and go to Vonage as well?

Many thanks.

The Linksys RT31P2 does not provide the function of a modem.  So, you will need to use it in conjunction with your other device.

That actually does not work with these particular products. Thanks anyway, I got an answer from elsewhere... I keep my router where it is and add a PaP2 phone adaptor to the network.
