I am not sure how to go about checking if a drive is read only. I checked the permissions for admin and it is read/write.<br />
<br />
The drive has plenty of space on it since nothing has been added to it. It is a new system.<br />

When trying to add an adminstrator user (myself) I get the following error at the end of the set-up:<br />

The wizard could not successfully configure this user account. The following could not be completed.<br />
&nbsp;- A home folder could not be created for this user.<br />
&nbsp;- Quota information could not be set.<br />
<br />
Any ideas why this may be happening?<br />
