Do you mean the second to last day?  For example the last work day for this month is (assuming M-F schedule) is Monday July 31st, so you want the Friday July 28th to come up?

Hi Monty

Yes.  You are correct.  I should have said "last week day of the month".

Well I know there is no built in way of doing this.  I'm assuming maybe the VBA guys can help which means I am of now help :(  You can easily set it for the last weekday of the month though and some other simiiar combinations.  Sorry I can help further.

I do not accept MontyV's answer.

Although friendly, it did not answer the question.  I have not found a solution to this problem.

Hi Kyle,

Actually there's answer to this question, You can set the recurrence to the last day and then in the reminders, select 1 day before.
