How to get valid emails out of the quarantine from trend micros scanmail.

rename the quarantined file to an eml format,go to the quarantine folder; c:\program files\trend micro\smex\storage\quarantine, rename the file ex 5436c7d21_ rename to 5436c7d21.eml or txt and open it with outlook or txtpad.

How do I know which file it is within the folder it is.

Unfortunately files on scanmail for exchange are stored in a raw message format and cannot be read unless you rename it.
