How do you drop in a Navigation Bar, or Banner, in a webpage your making in Dreamweaver?

Banner is easy, "Insert" -> "Image".

Depends on what navigation you want:

CSS styled - Have to make it your self.
Dreamweaver Generated via "Insert" -> "Image Objects" -> "Navigation Bar".
