How to change a app's UI

I want to change my windows form's UI to be more beatiful, what should I do, to change the title and background like a picture thanks.

I want my app form title to be short, so than I can drag the form only by click the top left of my form.

Take a look at this.. shows custom title and moving the form on your own, ( in C#!!! )
