How to know if .NET language pack is installed?

Before I go to to much trouble, is there a way to tell in the registry if the .NET language pack is installed? I am trying to build a installer for some of the Bentley products. The one they provide causes trouble if I try to automate it. I am thinking it may not install because it does not need to. Can somone provide some guidence?
