voip problems samsungofficeserv  quality of service

Ok I will try my best to explain this. I have a satellite office in panama city florida. I have Comcast Broadband Cable business account that gives me 8200kbps of download and 925kbps of upload. I have an SMC cable modem that connects to an AT&T 7100 netgate to hook up to 2 computers and 2 voip phones. The phones are Samsung officeserv itp5121d. The phone is working just not 100%. I can hear the other person when I am talking, but it is hard for them to understand me. Sometimes I will be on the phone and the call gets dropped back to the phone system in Crestview Florida. It does not hang up on the caller just on my end. I was wondering what could be causing this and how can it be corrected?

The first thing to do is to check the quality of the internet connection between the two locations. Download a copy of winmtr from http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/ and ping the remote location with at least 1000 pings and post the results. Ideally you should get 0% packet loss but even a few percent causes problems.
