voip problems samsungofficeserv quality of service
Ok I will try my best to explain this. I have a satellite office in panama city florida. I have Comcast Broadband Cable business account that gives me 8200kbps of download and 925kbps of upload. I have an SMC cable modem that connects to an AT&T 7100 netgate to hook up to 2 computers and 2 voip phones. The phones are Samsung officeserv itp5121d. The phone is working just not 100%. I can hear the other person when I am talking, but it is hard for them to understand me. Sometimes I will be on the phone and the call gets dropped back to the phone system in Crestview Florida. It does not hang up on the caller just on my end. I was wondering what could be causing this and how can it be corrected?
