GAL aliases

I would like to setup some aliases. What I mean by this is I have a user whose displayname is currently 'User A', and this is how they appear in the GAL. I would like to set up another entry in the GAL for 'User B', but have them go to the same destination mailbox. Is this possible?

There are two ways that you can do this.

1. A mail enabled contact.
2. A mailbox that simply forwards to the original mailbox.

I would probably do the second - it is very simple and easy to manage.
Set the password to something complex so it cannot be abused and don't make it a member of any groups other than the default "Domain Users".

ASKER

Dumb follow-up question:
I'm new to the exchange admin thing, how would I setup this second e-mail account to automatically forward all requests?

Actually since you mentioned it, I'm curious how you'd accomplish item one as well.

Thanks!
