Hi, I did find this setting after posting. but now there are two items under Outlook address book, both says Contact. the first one which does not work is still there. the second one is the working one that I added using the same procedure you described. could you tell me how to eliminate the first one?

You need to clear out your Outlook Address Book. Then add back the contacts that you need.<br />

afterwards, the contact list shows up ok when you click Contact. but when trying to get an address from email editor, it says the contact info is missing. please give advice how to repair.
