Hi,

Currently I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. The advanced mail account settings have been setup to not delete mail from my ISP's server until it has been sent to the deleted items folder and the deleted items folder has been emptied.

I would like to know if Scheduled archiving of mail will delete that archived mail from my ISP's mail server. If not what is the best way to manage this as I continually receiving mail from my ISP that my mail account is reaching full capacity.

Greetings, amerretz !

Schedule archiving of emails in Outlook will not delete emails from ISP server.  In Outlook account, advanced settings, where you set to leave a copy on server, set a time limit of x number of days to leave on server before deleting.  Then your server will not get full.

Best wishes!
