Hi all,

This Q is posted in the Lotus section but I want to have all the possible good input by Exchange Wizards :)

Recently we had a new client which was working via Lotus Notes Server over VPN (client located in Europe - server is in Amerika)

We are not used to Lotus so we did advice the client to switch to Exchange.
At this moment the client is using Lotus Notes over VPN and also Microsoft Outlook.

When we try to migrate the Lotus mails to a PST file via the Microsoft Migration Wizard we receive errors concerning a connection problem to the server. The error says that the Migration Wizard is not able to retreive the list of users and agendas because the server is not accessible. However, it is possible to ping the server over VPN. Clients are also able to replicate via their lotus notes client to the server.

I also adjusted the host file, which was no succes.

The exact error is this one:
Failed to get a list of users from the Lotus Notes name and address book for server "servername"

Notes returned error code 0x0807

Details:
The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system admin if the problem persists
