Total page count problem - Crystal report

Dear Expert,

I using page number and total page count function to display page number & total page, but in d screen it show page 1 of 4,294,967,295 in first page.
once i navigate to last page only it shows the correct total page count.But it running well in crystl report.
Then i using Page N of M, but my report cant display M in d screen where i using asp file to load the report, but it show ok in crystal report.
May i know how to solve this problem?
Can anyone help me?

I place the page number in page footer. I have verify the database already.But the asp file still not show the M only show page N.Once i navigate to last page then only it display M.
May i know how to solve this problem?

Until you navigate to the last page Crystal doesn't know how many pages are in the report because of subreports, can grow fields etc.
