Outlook Junk mail folder

I have a user that opens 2 mailboxes in their outlook.  It seems like one of the mailboxes(which is not her primary) gets a lot of spam and nothing is in the junk mail folder, is there a way to repair this for the secondary mailbox?  Also In some of the messages it doesnt display the message and says unknown data format, I also have a problem deleting those messages, any ideas ?

Outlook junk mail filter is for the primary mailbox only.
Therefore you would have to look at something serverside to deal with the junk mail for the secondary mailbox.

Spammers aren't renowned for keeping to the SMTP standards, so a malformed message is not surprising.
You would be better off looking at something serverside to deal with these sorts of messages, rather than letting them get to the mailbox.

Did you try a shift delete of the message? Failing that, often OWA will let you delete the message.

Simon.
