Is there any way to setup an email address in exchange to automatically forward to an external email address - this is very easy in sendmail or postfix but i dont know how to do it in exchange.

ASAP please - THANKS!

Hi,

Yes. Just create a mail enabled contact in AD with the external SMTP address that you wish to forward to. Then set the forward via AD Users and Computers under the properties of the account that you need to forward.
