Hi Experts

Occassionaly, and randomly (to random addresses) messages in my "sent items" are remaining bold (like unread in Outbox).
They go via outbox and they do get sent. I can confirm that they are also received. If I read them they go back to normal.
Can't undestand why this is happening.
Anyone have any ideas?
It's not that important - just would like to know why.
Thanks

Nick

Greetings, seriousnick !

Check if you have mail rule(s) on Sent Items changing the email to unread.  Disable the rules. Then test.

Best wishes!

Hi War1

Good thought, but sadly not.

Its the randomness of it that seems very odd - the same recipient may be bold one day and not another!

Thanks though

Nick

Nick,

You can do a repair of the PST file.  Backup the file first

Thanks war1

I have run the tool (errors were found in all my PST files) and so far it seems to have solved the problem.

Thanks again.
