I ran across an eMail client that is only downloading eMail headers of each eMail message,   I can go in there and (right click) download the rest of the message, but this has to be done manually.  The other eMail clients on the network download full emails as expected.

I need to have the outlook IMAP client downlaod the entire message when it sends and receieves, can someone explain to me how to set this up please.

Thanks much!

Greetings, martinmcginley !

In Outlook select Tools > Mail Setup > Send/Receive button.  Click Edit.  Select your IMAP account. Click Inbox. Make sure entire message is downloaded. Do same for other folders in IMAP account.

Best wishes!
