Radius Server and DLINK DFL-200

I am trying to set up a Radius Server on our Small Business Server to authenticate users using my DFL-200, but with little success. I have created what I think are the correct access rights and etc

Has any one done a similiar thing or can point me the right direction

You have to install IAS Server on your Server.  Configure it.  And point your Dlink to it.  The above will tell  you step by step
