Hi,

I have a vb 6.0 activeX project.  When the activeX control installs, it says Unkown publisher. I want to set the publisher as my company name and also teh version no. I know there is a wizard  in vb 6.0  for this. I just cant remember it.

Can you please walk me through on how to add this information to my project?

Thanks

In your VB6 code window, do a right-click:Properties on the project file, go to Make tab, and edit the 'Company Name' value in the Version Information group, and the version number in the Version Number group.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I already have the version information and the company information supplied there. But it still displays unknown publisher. Any ideas? Sorry for responding so late.

Thanks for any suggestions.
