cm.jar
It should be in the lib folder of your websphere install.
On my install its located under:
C:\IBM\WebSphereStudio\runtimes\aes_v4\lib

Scan your harddrive for it if you cannot find it.

The jar file name is utils.jar. You will have multiples of these depending on howmany WebSphere test environments you installed.

Go to install_root..../runtimes/server version/lib

Or just do a desktop search for utils.jar under WSAD install root.

The cm.jar file is really for older versions (WebSphere 4). The utils.jar is for newer versions of WebSphere test environments. If the user is using the older version and the suggestion by jpolin1 did work for the original requestor , that is greate. But I suggest to take my answer as well so that the susequent similar questions shall be looking for utils.jar instead of cm.jar because that version is almost out of support.

PS : Its okay if all the points are given to "jpolin1". I am not responding for the sake of points. I just wanted to make sure teh future questions will get a right answer.
