Find free Microsoft Internet Explorer Webcontrols at http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/samples/internet/asp_dot_net_servercontrols/webcontrols/

A simple tree view implementation is as follows

<%@ Import Namespace="Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls" %>
<%@ Register TagPrefix="IE" Namespace="Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls"
Assembly ="Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls" %>

<html>
<head><title>TreeViewNavigateUrl.aspx</title></head>
<body>
<form runat="Server">

<IE:TreeView
  Runat="Server">

<TreeNode
  Text="E-mail clients" >

  <TreeNode
    Text="Gmail"
    NavigateUrl="http://www.gmail.com" />

  <TreeNode
    Text="Hotmail"
    NavigateUrl="http://www.hotmail.com" />

  <TreeNode
    Text="Yahoo"
    NavigateUrl="http://www.yahoo.com" />

</TreeNode>

</IE:TreeView>

</form>
</body>
</html>
