I'm going to be installing a 3rd-party POP3 connector on a small business server 2003. I know Small business server 2003 has a pop3 connector, do i need to stop this service? if so, how do i do it? is it in services.msc?

Hi fina27,

Pop3 connector is disabled by default, so in your case it should not be enabled because you never used it. If you like you can double check that it is disabled by going to services and having a look at "Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes".

Cheers!
