How to create .net project setup package?

Hi,

I have create a .net project and now want to install other computer in which have not .net framework or required file so I want to create a setup package for that project and we want to run setup and install my application another PC???

Just want to add that although the Setup project is a .net setup project, you don't need to have the Framework installed to run.
Infact, you can specify as a requesit to have the Framework installed during the setup process.
From your question I kept the feeling that you had some doubts about this...
